Are you ready to vote?
Come to the 2017 Annual General Meeting to hear and discuss issues regarding next curling season and the future of the club. We need at least 40 voting members to achieve a quorum, so your participation in person or by proxy is important! Get your proxy forms at the office or online.
You are also encouraged to volunteer to fill board of directors positions, committees, and conveners for some of our leagues. Please contact any one of the board members, or notify the office if you are interested in any of these positions.
Following the business of the meeting, the bar will be open and appetizers will be served, allowing for a mix and mingle.
Looking forward to seeing a record attendance!
PS -- If you are paying for early registration, come early so that we can get started on time and so that Barb is not bombarded with payments!
