Lysa Giuliano is an IT and cybersecurity professional for the U.S. Department of State for the last 12 years. Recent overseas assignments include Kabul, Afghanistan; Baku, Azerbaijan; and Astana, Kazakhstan. Prior to joining the Foreign Service for the U.S. government, she worked in computer operations management for a large law enforcement agency in Florida and for Wall Street investment and banking giant—J.P. Morgan.
