개방적인 마인드와 모든 음악적 철학에 대한 변치 않는 지지를 보여주는 Esta는 우리의 몸을 들썩이게 만들면서도 동시에 섹시한 음악을 제작하고 들려주는 아주 섬세한 방식을 어떠한 문제없이 잘 유지해 오고 있다. 캘리포니아 남부에 기반을 둔 그는 LA 베이스의 소울렉션이라는 레이블의 소속으로서 떠오르는 스타라고 할 수 있다.

2006년 비트 제작을 처음 시작하여 7년 동안 Fruity Loops로 만든 비트를 선보이고 난 이후에 Esta는 소울렉션의 가족이 되면서 그의 고향이었던 샌디에고를 떠나 LA로 옮겨왔다. 그 후 DJ와 프로듀서로의 활동을 시작하여 전세계를 돌아다니게 된다. 2년 남짓한 기간 동안 그는 세계를 여행하며 다양한 장르를 분위기 있는 스윙으로 매끄럽게 녹여내는 캘리포니아 남부 특유의 음악 씬에서 빼놓을 수 없는 인물이 되었다.

2015년, Esta는 그의 리믹스 EP 'etc.'를 공개하며 평단의 극찬을 받았고 중요한 투어 일정과 협업으로 바쁜 시기를 보냈다. 게다가 2016년은 그의 첫 공식 앨범 릴리즈로 또 다른 엄청난 한 해가 될 것으로 보인다.

이 날의 특별한 선물로써, Esta와 함께 소울렉션의 친한 동료인 JBird와 Jeff Bernat이 DJ셋을 들려줄 것이다.

An open-minded and loyal supporter of all music philosophies, Esta maintains zero barriers in his meticulous method of danceable, yet sexy music production and arrangement. Based in Southern California and part of the Los Angeles-based Soulection imprint, Esta is a rising star.

In 2006, Esta began his journey into beat productions and seven years and many Fruity Loops beats later, Esta joined the Soulection family, moved to Los Angeles from his hometown of San Diego and subsequently began performing as a DJ/Producer around the world. In less than two years, Esta had travelled the world and become a staple in the Southern California music scene seamlessly fusing multi-dimensional genres into an atmospheric swing.

In 2015, Esta released his etc. remix EP to great acclaim and spent time on key tours and collaborations and 2016 will be a huge year as it will mark Esta’s first official album release.

As a special treat, alongside Esta, Soulection affiliates, JBird and Jeff Bernat will play DJ sets.
