Band info:
DODGY...
Everyone’s life has been touched at some point by the music of Dodgy. They rose to prominence in the 1990’s Brit-pop era. This rock/pop trio will headline the show and boy are we please to have them. With five top 20 UK hits behind them get ready to shake your stuff to hits like, ‘Good Enough’, ‘Staying out for the summer’ and ‘If you’re thinking of me’. Welcome to Sheffield lads.
MARQUIS DRIVE...
Mosborough’s favourite sons, Marquis Drive are the first name we ask to play the festival every year and when you see them you’ll know why they keep getting asked back. This 90’s Brit-pop covers band deliver a set full of hits from the likes of The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Pulp, Oasis and James. These lads put on one hell of a performance and we are delighted to have these happy Midlands chappies along again. When the idea of a warm up festival gig came to us, we were straight on the blower to these lads as we know they will smash through a great set of Brit-pop hits with the high quality standards they set themselves.
REGALE...
Regale are a Walsall based 5 piece that were formed in 2012, we were very close to having them play at Mosborough music festival 2015. We’ve listened, liked, and heard great things about these lads so what better way of looking at their set with a view to MMF 2016 than having them play on this great bill. All hail-Regale.
THE GORGEOUS CHANS...
The Gorgeous Chans make the short trip up from Nottingham to Sheffield and boy are we glad to have them. This seven piece Indie-pop band formed in 2012 and enriched themselves further in 2014. Expect catchy tunes, dance along beats backed up by a bit of brass, gorgeous and lovely.
