Moreton Bay Regional Council will be granting to 6ESR 6th Engineer Support Regiment, Freedom of Entry to the Community of Redcliffe.
They will be presented with a scroll, and then march down Redcliffe Parade where they will be challenged by the Senior Sergeant of Police, before they are allowed to proceed through the streets.
This is a very special occasion for the Community of Redcliffe and could quite well be the only time that they will ever see this ceremony. It is steeped in History and is a very special way of showing our appreciation to 6ESR for the work they do to protect our Community and our Country.
So come along and line the street to show them our appreciation!
