On Tuesday 28th November, Stockton proudly welcomes Giano Chan of 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana behind the bar for one night only. Giano is an accomplished bartender in Hong Kong and is currently a Top 8 Finalist in the Bacardi Legacy competition.
She will be treating Stocktonians to two new cocktails during the event. Both drinks will be offered during that night at $90 HKD only.
- Panacea with Bacardi Ocho Anos, Amaro Montenegro, Thyme infused Honey Water and Citric Acid
- Heirloom with Bacardi Ocho Anos, Lime, Szechuan Pepper, Sesame Oil, and Sea Salt.
