The Irish Club of Mississauga, formerly known as The Ireland Supporters Club of Mississauga, was founded on the 25th May 1993 and opened it's doors for the first time in November of the same year. We are now approaching our 19th anniversary as a not for profit, Irish Club.
The club was opened to establish and maintain Irish cultural and community in a centre that included being non-sectarian, non-political and non-profit ans is for the purpose of promoting and maintaining cultural links between Ireland and members of the corporation.
We are here to promote Irish culture, including music, dancing and sports.
We provide an environment and circumstances whereby members of the Irish community can meet and share information and assistance to the members.
Our club is just like the old show "Cheers" a place where "everybody knows your name" Even if you don't know many people, or anyone, you can be sure that within minutes of arrival you will have a handful of new friends.
Our club is completely run by volunteers and is always open to welcome new members! So come on out, have a pint or two and a chat.. you'll definitely want to come back again!
Look forward to seeing you soon!
