Six Week Beginner Course including:
* Weekly swim session focusing on technique;
* Weekly cycle session on skills including cornering, descending and group cycling.
* Weekly run session including form and conditioning.
* Two indoor triathlons during the course. Practice a triathlon in a safe and secure environment.
* Six week gym membership at Healthstream. Includes unlimited access to Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove gym and swim facilities.
* Race day support at Race 2 of the Qld Tri Series
