NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Cairns Golf Club will be held in the Clubhouse at Links Drive, Woree on Sunday 26 November 2017 commencing at 9.00am.
AGENDA
1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 27 November 2016.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the Reports of Directors.
3. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2017; and the Auditors Report thereon.
[Members wishing to query the Financial Statements must submit the query in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting]
5. To Appoint an Auditor.
