A year after Ki Creighton brought the curtain down on 10 years of UBER in Carlisle he returns with his new concept "One Night Stand" for a show on Friday 24th November at Club Concrete.
Ki has in the past year been travelling around the globe playing his edgy tech house and techno at places like Elrow in Barcelona , Circus Liverpool , WHP Manchester , Sankeys Ibiza , Propoganda in Moscow , Papagayo in Gran Canaria , Creamfields & Many more all the while holding down his residency in the German city of Cologne.
This year he has also had not one but two top 20 hits with "Trivial" on Elrow and "Jessies Joint" on his Under No Illusion label. Ki Has also had major releases this year on 8Bit , Circus , Underground Audio , LOST , New Violence and Lapsus and has gained weekly support on Radio One from both Pete Tong and Danny Howard.
For the first party Ki invites Current "Do Not Sleep" ibiza resident and new face of GQ magazine Jamie Roy as guest . Jamie is currently one of the hottest propertys on the scene playing weekly at Ibiza rocks sunday daytime party "Cuckoo Land" as well as Mambo & Pikes Hotel in ibiza and being the tour DJ for Hot Since 82 in australia . add Eastern electrics and showbombing jamies had a dream year. Jamies releases this year have been on labels like UNI , Glasgow Underground and Skream's Of Unsound Mind.
Joining Jamie will be Adison , Hailing from Newcastle , Adison is a name that is set to blow up in coming months with releases coming on Elrow , Underground Audio as well as Ki's UNI label. Adam is also the newest part of the UNI machine as he has taken the A&R position with Jamie as the team look to move things up a gear.
Completing the line up is Local talent Carl Tait , Carl was one of Ki's DJ's in the UBER days and is fitting to see Carl join forces again to fly the flag for the city. Carl is currently running his own "Culture" events in the city and has been filling the club on sell out shows.
