Back in 1936, the biggest crowd of the season at Grange Loan was for a challenge match held on the evening of 20th May between Carlton Cricket Club and Heart of Midlothian Football Club.
71 years later the two clubs have agreed to play a return match; an evening T20 at Grange Loan on Friday 19th May
The Hearts team will include some legends of the past, such as John Robertson, Henry Smith and Jimmy Sandison, alongside side senior staff directors
Carlton will be skippered by club captain Fraser Watts, and he’ll be joined by Sky Sports Scotland football reporter Charles Paterson who will be making a welcome comeback at Grange Loan.
