Some Bluesy goodness tonight xx

The Jackalopes

The Jackalopes formed in January 2013. The five piece band have fused a unique style of fingerstyle, blues slide, classical and flamenco. Solid bass lines, virtuosic violin and distinctive guitar parts are built on top of intricate percussive techniques which appropriately drive and compliment the music at the same time. Expect intricate interweaving minimalistic patterns inside transcendent progressive compositions, songs of comic bitterness, nostalgia and hope for the future with a foundation of rustic, bluesy acoustic goodness

Sean Heath

An artist from the mists of North Devon, away from any sign of freedom and "non-conformity". Sean started getting interested in music when he heard the album "Help" at the age of 8. He knew he wanted to be the next John Lennon. From that age he picked a cheap nylon acoustic which got bought for him on his 8th Birthday. 'I remember hitting that first very out of tune and blunt "D" chord, I thought I was the next Eric Clapton!' As he grew older he became more aware of music from that time period. Bands like Pink Floyd, which at first he hated, he was fascinated by their use of Effects. He joined various bands but he never felt at home. 'Til one summers day he heard the song "Like A Rolling Stone" By Bob Dylan and then it was like something hit him. It was like he knew how to solve his problems with just one thing, an acoustic guitar and vocals. 'That song taught me so much with doing so little. I then knew I wanted to be a solo artist.'
